I'm Vida Thomson and I founded Flourish Career Consulting to help my clients find career success. I have a 10+ year background in Human Resources Management, along with extensive experience managing employee transitions.
My career background in HR includes coaching employees at all levels of the organization, which has included guiding employees through challenging workplace situations. I've worked firsthand with new managers who have recently been promoted as well as experienced executives to help them enhance their leadership skills to oversee successful teams. I'm passionate about bringing together my knowledge of Human Resources, Leadership Development, and Coaching to support my clients in achieving their career objectives.
