Founder, Career Coach, & Resume Strategist
I created Flourish Career Consulting to offer thoughtful, practical support for people navigating career change, growth, or uncertainty. With over a decade of experience in Human Resources—including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation —I bring an inside perspective to the challenges and opportunities people face at every stage of their career.
My coaching approach is adaptive and grounded in support. I tailor each session to the individual, drawing on a deep toolkit of strategies while always prioritizing confidence-building and clarity. Whether you're unsure of your next step, re-entering the workforce, or preparing for a big transition, I aim to provide both guidance and encouragement to help you move forward.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management, and certifications in Psychometric Assessments and Digital Marketing. With my background in HR and a track record of helping people from all walks of life find careers that align with their goals and values, I bring practical insight, thoughtful strategy, and genuine care to every client. I help people define what an ideal career looks like for them, and take real steps toward work that feels fulfilling and true to who they are.

Yulia is a Career Coach and Certified Résumé Strategist with over six years of experience supporting individuals through career transitions, job search planning, and professional branding. She is excited to collaborate with Flourish Career Consulting to provide personalized, results-focused support to clients at all stages of their career journey.
With an MBA and a background in operations and project coordination across sectors such as financial services, academia, and consulting, Yulia brings a strategic and business-savvy approach to career coaching. Her insight into organizational dynamics, HR and decision-making processes, and career development planning allows her to offer practical, tailored guidance that aligns with each client’s unique goals.
She has worked with clients across a wide range of industries and career levels—from new graduates and early-career professionals to experienced leaders—guiding them through resume development, career exploration, and interview preparation.
In 2024, Yulia earned the Certified Résumé Strategist (CRS) designation from Career Professionals of Canada and is an active member of the association. She is passionate about helping people clarify their direction and take meaningful steps toward fulfilling and sustainable careers.
